The Process

Intro Call + SaaS Metrics

We'll start with a simple meet-and-greet. We'll focus on your company's story, a quick overview of who you serve, and what your future goals are. We'll also do a quick check-in on key SaaS Metrics (MRR, net profit, ARPU, churn, growth rate, SaaS vs. services breakdown).

NDA + High Level Financials

After our discovery call, we'll know if it's a preliminary fit. If everyone wants to move forward, we'll sign NDAs and ask for some basic financials so we can start working on a valuation.

Founder Interview w/ Dan

If everything checks out, we'll set up a 30 minute call with Dan Martell (our managing partner) - he's a founder, investor, the #1 SaaS business coach in the world, and loves nothing more than talking to passionate founders about the amazing businesses they've created.

LOI + Founder-Friendly Diligence

After your meeting with Dan, we will send a Letter of Intent within a week if everyone wants to move forward.

We'll then run through a quick diligence process - includes chatting with the leadership team, a closer look at financials, and a technical review. We'll be your partner throughout the process, and will make it as low-stress as possible - we know you've got a business to run.

Closing & Ramp-Up

After we get through diligence, we'll button up deal terms and get the deal closed! We'll work closely with you to make sure that your customers and team members are well-served during the transition, and that everyone knows the clear path to growth post-acquisition.
